Terry Products

Colaris und ChromoJET Towels

Basics

Terry towels and other terry products are economically printed in roll-to-roll form.
The fiber is normally out of cotton and is being printed with reactive dye or inks. To achieve highest fastness level, VAT dyes are used.

There are several challenges:

  1. To deliver the fabric onto the printer with minimum distortion
  2. To print the design in the center of each towel, although the length of each towel is varying slightly.

Applications

Printed terry products are used for promotion items as well as for fashionables.

  • Promotion and advertising towels
  • Custom-made club towels
  • High-end towels for hospitality business
  • Beach towels
  • Bath robes
