New Digital Printing Technology Centre
Tyrolean enterprise with long tradition invests 3,4 Million Euro in Kufstein
On Friday, August 14, 2015, the symbolic ground-breaking ceremony was performed by CEO Anton Naschberger and the management board, marking the start for building the new Digital Printing Technology Centre in Kufstein. The inauguration of the project, representing an investment volume of about 3.4 Million Euro, is scheduled for mid-2016.
Our Focus
“Our focus is to welcome more potential customers in Kufstein, in order to demonstrate our technologies and potentials. At the same time we expect to reduce the costly appearances at trade fairs. At our new Technology Centre we will display all our technologies concerning digital printing and provide all kinds of test production” – CEO Naschberger explains.
At a floor space of 1,950 sqm, a large-scale Presentation and Training Centre will be installed, displaying our state-of-the-art machinery, 2 convention rooms and a roof deck for our employees. A lab department for the Research & Development of new processes will also be included.
J. Zimmer Maschinenbau is a renowned and well-known manufacturer of machines and plants for digital printing on textiles and carpets with a width up to 5 meters.
Next to the Technology Centre, a storage and delivery building with 580 sqm will be built, to comply with the rising logistic demand.
The overall project management has been entrusted to ANKER Bauconsulting GmbH from Thiersee, directed by DI Harald Anker, a specialist for industrial buildings and general procurement.

The production department is equipped with the most recent CNC machines and manufacturing systems”, Naschberger adds. “We all are looking forward to welcoming our customers at the new Technology Centre in Kufstein from mid-2016.”
